• Quote preparation for Government customers.

  3. Analysis of customers systems needing repair and carrying out the repair needed.
  4. Quoting customers and handling customer queries.
  5. On-site diagnostics and repair.
  6. Advise on future Technological expansion for the company.

I revamped the business by introducing a LAN with DHCP server for the shop to facilitate sharing of installation files, PXE thin client server system, network installs of operating systems, disk imaging of operating systems on commonly used hardware setups to local and networked disks to speed up new system builds, an Intranet FTP and HTTP setup and remote Secure Shell Access to name a few.

I identified a need for my fellow university students to have access to quality, reliable computer systems for people on a budget. As such I formed a partnership with a fellow student to fill this niche market.

Ran the storeroom of a $1,000,000+ turnover a week supermarket.
